GENERAL

• I retain the right to refuse a commission. The customer will receive a refund if I do not wish to continue working on their piece. If you are abusive or unresponsive your commission will be canceled.

• By commissioning me, you have confirmed that you have read the terms and conditions listed on this page, and will adhere to them accordingly. I have the right to cancel your commission if I feel you have breached my TOS or indicated that you have not read them.

• If the customer wishes to repost the piece, they must ask me. Do not claim my art as your own. I will typically post any pieces on my twitter first. You are free to retweet my work for you on twitter, but not to repost them. Note that I am also on the DNP list on derpibooru. Please do not post if I refuse.

• Large corrections are only made during the sketch phase, let me know during it. Once the commission is completed, I will not be making any large changes. Minor edits are fine.

​

• I do not accept private commissions. I will always post my work, but if you as a commissioner would like to remain anonymous please let me know.

​

• When commissioning me please include the following in your initial request:

  • Reference images WITH COLOUR

  • If applicable, cutie mark (transparent background) and a preferred pose.

  • If this information is missing when you initially contact me I will assume you have not read my TOS.

 

• Unless the customer gives a specific deadline for completion, I will work at my own pace. I am a full-time college student in addition to doing these. Commissions (depending on complexity) typically take several hours each to complete due to my pace.

• My work cannot be used for Commercial Purposes or modified in any way. You can not under any circumstances edit or copy my work without my express permission. Please do not repost my artwork without permission, and link to my social media if I give permission. If I find that you have violated the terms above, I will file a DMCA takedown and blacklist you from my commissions in the future.

 

 

PAYMENT

• Commission payments are made via paypal invoices (USD). I do not accept other forms of payment like dA points.

•  Invoices may be edited after they have been sent out to correct any errors that may have occurred. The customer will be made aware of this via discord.

​

• Payment is required after I give you a sketch of your commission. I will not continue further on your commission until you've paid the invoice.

​

• No refunds unless I turn down your commission. Please make sure you are able to pay before you commission me, I do not issue refunds unless I am physically unable to complete the piece.
